BIOGRAPHY

Nathalie Y. Ly, MD, is currently a dermatology resident at the University of Minnesota. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned her medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. She completed a dermatology clinical research fellowship under the mentorships of Drs. Maria Hordinsky and Ronda Farah, where she contributed to innovative work on skin and hair diseases. She has had the opportunity to use artificial intelligence hair imaging, see the applications of lasers in treatment, and study the scalp microbiome among the other exciting projects she is working on. Dr. Ly aspires to be a dermatologist advocating for patient education and helping underserved populations.
