BIOGRAPHY

Mahta (Matty) Mortezavi, MD, is a physician-scientist at Kymera Therapeutics, Inc. focused on innovative drug development for patients with chronic immune-inflammatory diseases. Prior to joining Kymera, she held roles in early- and late-stage clinical development and medical affairs at Pfizer. Dr. Mortezavi is triple board-certified in Allergy/Immunology, Rheumatology, and Internal Medicine, and serves as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh. She previously held a faculty position at the University of Rochester, where she cared for both pediatric and adult patients. Dr. Mortezavi completed her fellowship training at the University of Rochester and her Internal Medicine residency at the University at Buffalo.
