BIOGRAPHY

Sally Ibbbotson is Professor of Photodermatology, Honorary Consultant Dermatologist and Head of the Photobiology Unit and Scottish Photobiology Service. She is also Clinical Director of the Scottish Photodynamic Therapy Centre and Co-Director of the Clinical Research Centre. Her clinical and academic research interests are in the photosensitivity diseases, photodiagnostic techniques and in UV light-based therapies and photodynamic therapy. She has published (H-index 60) and presented widely in photodermatology and is a key contributor to the British Photodermatology Group Committee, to international photodermatology committees and to the development and implementation of Photodermatology Position Statements, Standards and Guidelines.
