BIOGRAPHY
Sidney Leno, MD is a clinical research fellow in the Department of Dermatology at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School. She graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in 2025 as a Kenniebrew-McNeese Fellow and Health Equity Scholar. Her clinical research focuses on cardiometabolic influences in hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), proteomic analysis of HS inflammatory tissue, and supporting investigator-initiated and industry-sponsored clinical trials. She also has an interest in hair and scalp disorders, reinforcing her interest in hair biology. Sidney plans to pursue dermatology residency and continue furthering our understanding of chronic inflammatory skin disease.
