BIOGRAPHY
Larisa J. Geskin, MD, is Professor of Dermatology and Internal Medicine (Hematology-Oncology) at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and Director of the Comprehensive Cutaneous Oncology Center. Her work focuses on cutaneous lymphomas and other rare skin cancers, integrating clinical care with translational research to improve diagnosis, biomarker discovery, and precision treatment strategies. Dr. Geskin leads multidisciplinary programs that combine clinical care with clinical and translational research. She has been involved in numerous investigator-initiated and collaborative studies aimed at developing novel therapeutic approaches and improving patient outcomes. In addition to her clinical and research work, Dr. Geskin is active in national and international professional organizations focused on cutaneous lymphoma and dermatologic oncology, and she is committed to mentoring trainees and advancing collaborative research in rare cancers of the skin.
