BIOGRAPHY
Joshua Owen, MD, PhD, FAAD, FACMS is the Director of Mohs Surgery at the San Antonio VA and is the Associate Program Director of the dermatology residency program at the University of Texas Health San Antonio. He is also the Co-Executive Director for the National Dermatology Program for the VA health care system.
